Dr. Manxi Huang joined the UK Metaproteomics Hub (UKMH)

Dr Manxi Huang completed her PhD from University of Reading. She specialises in functional food ingredient development, gut microbiome modulation, prebiotic studies and dietary intervention trials aimed at enhancing gut health. Her research integrates gut microbiology, human trial design and advanced microbiome community analysis.

She joined the Daniel Figeys’ group at Quadram Institute Bioscience as a Research Scientist, with her expertise, she aims to develop precision microbiome trials to promote healthy aging, to bridge the gap between biological sciences and practical applications.
